- Hazelnuts – ½ cup
- Hazelnut praline paste – 2 tablespoons
- Hazelnut oil – 2 tablespoons
- Flour – ½ cup
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Eggs – 4
- Grind the hazelnuts to make flour. Don’t over grind as it will turn them in the hazelnut butter.
- Mix the hazelnut flour with eggs, flour, sugar, and hazelnut praline paste in a bowl.
- Pulse in a blender until the mixture becomes very smooth. Make sure that no lumps remain in the mixture.
