  2. Add finely chopped courgette and sauté well.
  3. Deglaze the vegetables with stock and let it cook till the courgette becomes tender.
  4. Remove from flame and make a puree with the help of a blender.
  5. Pour this puree again in the saucepan and add flour and cream.
  6. Cook the puree on a low flame until the sauce thickens while stirring constantly.
  7. Add the spices and remove them from the stove.
