Ingredients:
⦁ 100 ml of heavy whipping cream
⦁ 100 ml of fermented cucumber stock
⦁ 100 ml of Greek yogurt
⦁ 1 gram of pepper
⦁ 1 gram of salt
⦁ 1 gram of cane sugar
⦁ 200 grams of fermented cucumbers
Procedure:
⦁ Preparing fermented cucumber espuma is a really easy procedure. To prepare this delicious recipe, first, take a blender.
⦁ Then take some pickled cucumbers and cut them into small pieces. Pour the cucumber stock in the blender along with the small pieces of the cucumber pickle.
