- In a muddling glass, muddle fresh raspberries, mint leaves, and simple syrup.
- Add white rum to the muddling glass and stir.
- Strain the mixture into a mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a whipping dispenser.

- After chilling, dispense the raspberry-mint foam into glasses filled with ice.
