⦁ Whipped Cream Canister
⦁ Whipped Cream Charger
- 1 teaspoon of red curry paste
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 300ml of coconut milk
- 150ml of chicken stock
- 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of fish sauce
- Take a pan and add in curry paste along with honey and oyster sauce and roast the mixture. Then deglaze the mixture with soy sauce.
- Add the chicken stock and coconut milk to the mixture and bring it to a boil. After boiling it once, take it off the stove.
- Pour the mixture in a bowl, add in peanut butter, then mix completely, and finally, season it with salt and fish sauce as per your taste.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve and pour the contents into the whipped cream canister.
